Mr. Andre Vorster is a technology and information management specialist with more than 25 years' experience in software development. He is experienced in enterprise architecture, infrastructure management, business development, information management, business intelligence, data warehousing, database architecture, project management (AGILE) and information systems development, including web technologies, e-commerce, CRM, ERP, e-Government and Government Cloud systems. Mr. Vorster has held various leadership roles for some of the biggest ICT projects in Africa such as the National Prosecution Authority of SA (NPA), SARS Interfile, Sanlam TASC, JP Morgan, Dimension Data and Alexander Forbes to name a few. Mr. Vorster focus areas include IT service management, IT service architectures, operations engineering, data centre design and consolidation, intelligence, cyber security, payment and settlement solutions.

For the past 5 years as a senior executive in the Pan African Development Agency and now the ADF Group, Mr. Vorster’s focus has been on scientific and technical business development, overseeing operations and projects across Africa.
