Mr. Geoffrey Carter is a founding partner of the Pan African Development Agency (PADA), a consultancy organization dedicated to building and managing eco systems between African Governments and the private sector.

Mr. Carter has previously held the positions of Head of International Sales and Marketing for Agenda Publishing, who were the official publishers for the World Trade Organization (WTO), Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and UN World Summit for Sustainable Development (WSSD).

Upon relocation to Africa in 2002, Mr. Carter founded Africa Development Partnership which was instrumental in building and managing relationships with International companies and African Governments. Mr. Carter sits on the Board of Directors of the Pan African Food Exchange which partners with COMESA - ACTESA to develop the member countries agricultural sectors by introducing small and medium scale farmers to local and international markets. Mr. Carter was recently appointed as Managing Director of ADF Commodities.
