Mr. Michael Gutter has over 28 years of experience in Africa and internationally in mining, as well as related fields in areas as diverse as farming and manufacturing. Mr. Gutter is also an innovator and has patent rights for the Vibration Crusher/Mill equipment that is used extensively by ADF Mining. Mr. Gutter was involved in the manufacture of the Vibration Crusher/ Mill both in South Africa and in China.

Mr. Gutter holds a BSc. and a BCom  in International Business from Alliant International University, State of California, San Diego as well as a Computer Programming and Operations certification from Career Development Institute Santa Ana, California.
