Mr. Philip Sevenster has spent his entire career in Town & Regional Planning and has vast experience in property development, construction and related industries with specific reference to residential and mixed use development projects. Mr. Sevenster has also been involved in housing development projects both on a planning and implementation (Project Management) level including financial modelling. Mr. Sevenster is a former Chairman of Highlands Business Forum and Vice Chairman of the AHI (Free State) South Africa.

Mr. Sevenster launched his career in Town and Regional Planning at Free State Provincial Administration (Free State Provincial Government) in 1992 and is registered as a Town and Regional Planner with the South African Council for Town and Regional Planners and South African Institute for Planners since 1995.

Mr. Sevenster holds a Master's Degree in Town and Regional Planning from Free State University.
